Nicholas Martin has recently been honored as the 2015 Texas Foreign Language Association Latin Teacher of the Year.  Mr. Martin received his M.A. in Classics in 1997, his thesis entitled, "Sozomeno of Pistoia and the Creation Myth in Ovid's Metamorphoses MS: Pistoia, Bibl. Forteguerriana, A. 46" (Committee: Coulson, Adv., Gunderson and Tebben).  He currently teaches Latin at McCallum High School in Austin, Texas.
