Laura Tringali, a double minor in Classics and Nonprofit Studies, while majoring in Psychology, recently showcased her successful undergraduate Honors Thesis in Classics at the 20th Annual Richard J. and Martha D. Denman Undergraduate Research Forum. Her thesis, accepted for the competition, examines the diversity of teaching on salvation by writings attributed to the Apostle Paul in the New Testament. It also offers a useful approach to projects of comparison in the history of religions and, generally, across disciplines in the humanities. The Denman Forum was coordinated by the Undergraduate Research Office and supported by the Office of Research and the Office of Undergraduate Education. Her faculty research advisor was Professor J. Albert Harrill.
