Luke Gorton successfully defended his dissertation, "Through the Grapevine: Tracing the Origins of Wine" on Monday, March 24, 2014.  Professor Carolina López-Ruiz served as his advisor and Professors Brian Joseph (Linguistics) and Sam Meier (Near Eastern Languages and Culture) served on his committee.
