Graduate Associate Teaching Award for Chris Bungard

Chris Bungard won one of the Graduate Associate Teaching Awards given annually by the Graduate School. The Award is the University’s highest recognition of the exceptional teaching provided by graduate students at Ohio State. A $1500 award is given to the recipients along with a plaque and a letter of recognition from the Dean of the Graduate School. The award is an impressive recognition of Chris’ personal charisma and engagement as a teacher. In his letter of congratulation, Patrick Osmer, the Vice Provost of Graduate studies, wrote: “Your ability to challenge your students and foster their learning is evidence of your exceptional teaching. Your skill in reflecting on feedback and using it to enhance your students’ educational experiences is impressive.”
