Ohio State is in the process of revising websites and program materials to accurately reflect compliance with the law. While this work occurs, language referencing protected class status or other activities prohibited by Ohio Senate Bill 1 may still appear in some places. However, all programs and activities are being administered in compliance with federal and state law.

I received my B.A in Philosophy and Classics & Religion, with a minor in Education, from Florida State University (FSU) in 2018. In 2021 I received M.As in Religions of Western Antiquity and Classical Civilizations from FSU, as well. My research focuses on gender, sexuality, and ancient religion. More specifically, I am interested in divination, demons, and magic in the ancient Mediterranean world and how gender identity plays a dynamic role in these beliefs and practices. I am also the president of Classics Coffee Hour, a student organization that aims to help students across the Humanities and beyond with their research projects and professionalization by offering opportunities for practice talks, informative lectures, and workshops.
