Ohio State is in the process of revising websites and program materials to accurately reflect compliance with the law. While this work occurs, language referencing protected class status or other activities prohibited by Ohio Senate Bill 1 may still appear in some places. However, all programs and activities are being administered in compliance with federal and state law.

I received my B.A. in Philosophy in 2025 from Michigan State University, specializing in Ancient Philosophy and minoring in Classical and Ancient Mediterranean Studies. In 2023, I was a summer intern at the MSU Excavations at Isthmia. My two undergraduate thesis papers focused on Plato’s use of Homer and Hesiod in his dialogues and on the reception and criticism of the Roman imperial cult in the early principate. My current research interests are Ancient Greek and Latin epic poetry, Platonic philosophy, Ancient Mediterranean religion and mythology, and Late Republican / Early Roman Imperial political thought.
